1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of personalized products by BW Gravure – 2cado on www.2cado.com.

2. Products

We offer personalized engravings on wood, metal, and plexiglass. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Orders & personalization

Any order for a personalized product constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Personalization details (text, images) are provided by the customer under their sole responsibility.

4. Lead times & delivery

Orders are engraved and shipped within 48 working hours after validation. Delivery is handled by La Poste or Mondial Relay. Delivery times may vary.

5. Prices & payment

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payment is made by credit card via a secure system.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

As per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.
Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days after receipt, at the customer's expense.

7. Liability

BW Gravure – 2cado is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Boulogne-sur-Mer, France.
